Our Managed IT Service Agreement covers all the basics. You will receive core network support, proactive server maintenance and management, 24/7 software monitoring with alerts, and unlimited remote support and service desk calls. You have the option to have on-site support tickets invoiced as required or included in your Agreement, however all remote support is included in the contract.
